WELCOME TO EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE!

This information will guide you through the registration process for FIU’s new Employee Self Service (ESS) system. This tool enables you to manage your personal and payroll related information online. With ESS, you will be able to:

• Review and update your personal information, including address, phone numbers, and emergency contact information
• View and print your earnings statements and W-2 year end statements
• Modify your Federal tax withholdings
• Manage your direct deposit accounts
• Access your vacation/leave balances and information

To access the application please use the instructions on how to register with ESS outlined in the ESS Quick Reference Guide. You will need your July 6 pay stub (If you are a new employee starting after the July 6 pay date, you will need your first pay stub.) to obtain pertinent information that is needed for registration.

If you do not currently have an FIU email address please have supervisor fill out the attached form.
